生物活性 TSHR antagonist S37 is a selective and competitive thyrotropin receptor (TSHR) antagonist. TSHR antagonist S37 is the racemate of TSHR antagonist S37a.TSHR antagonist S37 reduces also cAMP activation induced by the small molecule agonist C2. TSHR antagonist S37 (10-100 µM) does not affect cell viability in the concentration range for the Hek293T-TSHR cell line.
